Today, I am going to review Revlon Colorstay sparkling eyeliner in "Black Spark". Its one of go-to-eyeliners for party look.
Black Spark comes in a usual pencil style. The bottom of the pencil has black color with shiny sparkles on it, which makes it easy to locate from a stack of eyeliners.
Consistency wise, its not very creamy, but its not harsh on eyes as well. Its smooth in application, you definitely wont be needing any pulling or tugging in this case.
Its black with lots of shimmer in it. The shimmer is very minute, its not like glitter particles which can be touched or felt on skin. Its completely melted in the black color.I have applied it on my waterline and never faced any issues.
The best part about this eyeliner pencil (apart from shimmers) is , its staying power. It just sits on eyes without moving an inch. It wont smudge at all,so if you want to smudge it for smokey eyes, you have to do it immediately. Even with a make up remover I have to swipe 4-5 times to remove it completely.
Its a little bit expensive , I bought this for Rs.440. But, I don't mind it since it has lasted me a very long time and its definitely one of its kind and perfect for evening party look.

3. Safe to be applied on water line.
4. Smooth to apply.
Cons:
1. Expensive.
