Princess Icy Blue Make Up:FOTD and tutorial

Hi everyone,

Today I am going to post a very bright icy blue eye make up look along with its tutorial. I hope you guys are going to like it.
So here is the look :

Lets get started with the tutorial:
Step 1 : Prime your eyes and then apply any shimmery white eyeshadow over your entire eyelid.

Prodcuts Used:
Deborah Milano eyeshadow in 'Shimmery White'

Step 2: Apply any icy sky blue shade at center of your eye lid

Products Used: Coastal Scents 78 Shadow Blush Palette

Step 3: Define the outer V and crease of your eye using a dark blue shadow.Also use a medium blue shade and place it just before the outer V and blend all the colors.

Step 4: Apply bright/ sparkling blue eyeliner on your upper lash line and black kohl on your waterline. After that apply shimmer white eyeshadow on the lower lash line on the inner half and on outer half apply the dark blue eye shadow, apply these as eyeliners. Also, apply the same shimmery white eyeshadow on the brow bone and the inner corners of the eye.
Then, use a black eyeshadow and wing out the blue eyeliner on upper lid just a little bit.

Then apply any matte pink blush and use any highlighter on your cheek bones , and finish off with a pink lipstick.
